Abstract:This paper analyzed operation mode of excitation system of 390H electric generator based on GE’s S109FA combustion gas turbine of combined cycle units, and operation mode of air conditioning system of excitation system. According to the results, an energy saving program is established to improve excitation system and air conditioning system. This paper also gives an analysis on feasibility, energy saving effect and economic efficiency of above improvement plan, which provide reference for economic efficiency for improving whole unit operation.
