Abstract:

Huadian Laizhou Power Generation Company Limitied a phase of the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration device parameter is rising air preheater plugging ash.Which results in the increase in the electrical assumption of the fan, and the pressure difference between the preheater gas outlet and the primary and secondary air outlet. This would cause the decrease in the economy of the unit and unit output. In this paper, the cause of ash blocking has been analyzed, and the precautionary measures are presented to improve the economy or the unit.
