The optimization of automatic control strategy of 300MW coalfired units SCR flue gas denitrification and ammonia injection

Abstract

Abstract:

It briefly introduces the key factors affecting the stability of NOx parameters of thermal power unit coalfired flue gas denitrification systemautomatic adjustment control strategy with selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification ammonia injection. It discusses the automatic control method of ammonia injection flow and puts forward an optimized control method, by which fixed NOx outlets are cascade controlled, to replace the single loop denitrification. It explains the problems, solutions and the effect of the automatic control system in the debugging and operation process. It solves the difficulty in controlling NOx parameter at denitrification outlets due to the inertia and meets the requirement of SCR denitrification automatic control, which is of certain reference.
