Research on SCR catalyst service life on-line prediction in coal-fired power plants

Abstract:

As the core of SCR denitration system,the catalyst directly affects the denitration efficiency of the system.But catalyst will gradually deactivated during operation.The catalyst service life determines the operation cost of SCR denitration system.Through on-line prediction on SCR catalyst service life,a power plant can master the deactivation degree and remained service life of its catalyst in time,which is beneficial to improve the economy and stability of the system. Based on the catalyst activity model and catalyst deactivation model,by modifying the catalyst deactivation curve,an SCR catalyst life cycle on-line prediction method was proposed.The physical and chemical performance,and partial operation data of the SCR catalyst in a power plant were analyzed by this evaluation methods,and life cycle prediction curve of the SCR catalyst was obtained.Compared with the annual inspection results,it is verified that the on-line prediction system is of high accuracy and can be widely applied in power plants.
