Discussion on LM series aeroderivative gas turbine as black starting power source

Abstract

Abstract:

The features of LM series aeroderivative gas turbine generator set are analyzed.The advantages of taking LM6000 gas turbine as black start power in configuration requirements for auxiliary equipment, fuel requirement, starting speed, software configuration, and personnel practice are discussed. The practical application shows that the LM series aeroderivative gas turbine can meet the black start requirement of the unit.
