Abstract: To improve the monitoring and management level of the hoisting equipment in domestic hydropower stations,and keep hoisting equipment operate stably, a remote intelligent integrated management system is proposed. The system adopts an onsite information collection system to fetch and record operation parameters and video data, and industrial wireless intelligent gateway is taken to complete the communication and data exchange between the device and the remote server.Thus,users can remotely monitor and manage the equipment through a Web browser.The application results shows that this system is of highlevel security, high degree of automation, stability and reliability. The system can achieve centralized management on multiple locations, multiple platforms, and multiple terminals. By analyzing the collected data, it can detect potential safety hazards and provide early warning to meet the safety requirements of hydropower stations.After the commercialization of 5G technology, 5Genabled wireless intelligent gateway will be taken to improve the efficiency of equipment management in hydropower stations.
