Study on numerical simulation of flow field uniformity in reactor of SCR system of thermal power plant

Abstract: Abstract:Taking the reactor of SCR system of the unit in a thermal power plant as study object, using the Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software, numerical simulation analyis of the flue gas flow field of the reactor was carrid out. The guiding device of the system was designed by oneself. The flue gas contents and vilocity field, the ammonia mass fraction distribution and the flue gas pressure drop of the system under the boiler maximum continuos rating condition were analyzed. The features of the structural arrangement of the reactor was evaluated. The research results can be used as reference for design and improvement of the guiding dvice and the ammonia injection grid of the SCR reactor.
