Discussion on sliding parameters of 630MW supercritical unit

Abstract

Abstract:

The sliding parameter shutdown can quickly reduce the temperature of the adjusting metal of the steam turbine, shorten the running time of the turning before overhaul and facilitate the rapid development of the relevant maintenance on the turbine. It introduces main/reheat steam temperature control, underload running control points and the changing trend of main parameter of a 630MW supercritical unit of a power station in its shutdown process. It puts forward remarks in sliding parameter shutdown process, and analyzed the main existing problems and corresponding solutions in sliding parameter shutdown process.
