Abstract

Abstract:

The heating network circulating water pump is an important power equipment in the heating system, which directly affects the heating safety and economy. The operation status of each heating network circulating water pump set in every company of Huadian Shandong Company is diagnosed from the driving mode, model selection and configuration.The typical problems such as cavitation erosion, high power consumption rate and large steam throttling loss are pointed out and the optimization plan is put forward.
