    Analysis on pollutants discharge of coalfired plant and the comprehensive treatments

    Based on the domestic statistical data, the analysis and calculations have been made for the pollutants discharge of coalfired plant. Related treatment measures and comprehensive treatments for different pollutants, which includes dust, sulfide, nitrogen oxide, mercury, ash, dregs, plaster, carbon dioxide and waste water, have been proposed. The influences on the electricity prices by using different treatment measures have been discussed. Some approaches to decrease the pollutants discharge have been put forward.

    After the 1000MW unit of Zouxian Power Plant of Huadian Power International Corporation Limited was put in operation, there were problems of incomplete combustion existed in normal operation of the burning system, which includes the black coking piece like carbon and particles of coal found in the slag. At the boiler overhaul, it is fund that there were dust deposit in the burner and the cannel of primary air was clogged by slag block etc. through follow surveillance, it is found that the slag increased, slag block fallen became big in the boiler No.7 after overhaul at may 2008, and the combustible dust in slag was increased abnormally. From angles of boiler design, installation, overhaul, operation and maintenance, the influence of heat leakage was analyzed, and some aimed measures were put forward. It is expected that the measures would be useful for energysaving and emission reducing.

    The design scheme of common unipolar and bipolar driving circuits for BYG general series of two phase stepping motors were introduced, which illustrates control methods for two phases stepping motor theoretically and increases the flexibility of driving circuit design for stepping motor. The AT89S52 online programmable singlechip computer was used as controller in both unipolar and bipolar driving circuit designs for two phase stepping motor, and driving circuits were composed of TIP142 darlington power transistors. The structure of designed circuit is simple, and the design thread is clear. The feature, difference and selection method in use of unipolar and bipolar driving circuits design schemes were analyzed and compared in this paper.

    Using the circulating water of turbine for heating at winter is an effective energysaving technology. In order to increase the temperature of circulating water, the turbine will operate at lower vacuum condition in this process. The reformation of heat supply system using circulating water in Fulaerji Thermal Power Plant was described in detail. The calculation shows that excellent social and economic benefits were obtained by the reformation.

    Usyally the electrical feed pump was used for boiler,and the turbinedriven pump was used as standby pump. The surplus steam of the boiler or industrial extraction steam is used to feed a small turbine and to drive the boiler feed pump, and the exhaust steam of the small turbine is sended into deaerator and used as heater steam. This operation mode can reduces operation cost and raises economic benefit. The attempt to use the turbinedriven pump as boiler main feed pump was realized in the new 130t/h gas fired boiler of Power Plant in Shuicheng Iron & Steel Group, and the method can be offered colleagues as reference.

    The design features of PT secondary voltage circuit of early substation were described, the defects in which was analyzed. These defects caused some difficulties and potential safety hazard in daily maintenance of voltage circuit and technical reformations in substation.     It has important significance to grasp the generating mode and performance of solar thermal electric power generation system for development of the system. There are three generation modes of solar thermal electric power generation system: trough system, tower system and dish system, and their classification, working principle, main performance parameters, key techniques and development trends were introduced respectively. At the present time, the trough system and tower system have been commercialized in large scale, and the dish system is in demonstration stage yet. The trough system will can compete with conventional thermal power generation in generation cost. The dish system has highest net generation efficiency in the three types. The tower system has higher construction cost for unit capacity and which is difficult to be reduced.
