Abstract

Abstract: The metal material rusting of steel penstock, spiral casing, stay vane and movable guide vane in flow passage of unit No.2 in Wujiangdu Power Plant was described. The reason of rusting was analyzed briefly from aspects of anticorrosion treatment, operation of reservoir, water quality and operation of generator unit, and the treatment methods were proposed.
