320MW机组锅炉电除尘器节能提效改造

The Energy-saving and Effect-raising Reformation of Electro-static Precipitator in 320MW Unit

摘要: 为降低电除尘器运行能耗,进一步提高除尘效率,望亭发电厂#11机组电除尘器采用“节能提效型电除尘器电源及控制系统”对原控制系统进行了全面技术改造。改造后电除尘器收尘电功率比改造前降低81.2%,平均除尘效率提高0.29%,出口粉尘排放量降低28.9%,取得了显著的节能提效效果,提高了电除尘器运行的自动化水平,为类似机组电除尘器节能改造提供了借鉴经验。

Abstract: In order to decrease the operation power consumption of electro-static precipitator and to further raise the dust collecting efficiency, the original control system of electro-static precipitator in Wangting Power Plant unit No.11 was overall technically reformed by using “Energy-saving and Effect-raising type EP Power Supply and Control System”. After the reformation, the dust collecting power decreases by a factor of 81.2%, average dust collecting efficiency increases by a factor of 0.29%, and dust discharge amount at outlet decreases by a factor of 28.9%, so an obvious energy-saving and effect-raising result is obtained, and the operation automation level of electro-static precipitator is raised also. This affords useful experience for similar projects.
