水平衡试验前后节水效果分析

摘要: 针对新疆华电红雁池发电有限责任公司冬夏季水平衡试验中发现的主要排水问题进行了原因分析,对冷却塔排污水、厂区暖汽系统排水、冲灰渣系统外排水提出了具体的节水改造方案。改造后该公司循环水浓缩倍率明显提高,综合水耗明显降低。

Abstract: In view of water drainage problems occurred during the water balance experiments in Xinjiang Hongyanchi Power Plant, the causes was analyzed, and detailed water saving schemes to deal with sewage of cooling tower, district heating system draining water, and draining water in ash removing system were supplied. After the transformations, the circulating water concentration ratio was enhanced significantly, while the water consumption decreased.
