超超临界机组锅炉岛节能效果分析

摘要: 华电国际邹县发电厂1000MW投产以来,正常运行中燃烧系统存在燃烧不完全,炉渣中存在一些炭状黑色焦块及原煤颗粒等问题。锅炉大修中发现燃烧器内部存在积粉、结焦堵塞一次风通道等情况。通过跟踪观察2008年5月份^#7炉大修后锅炉排渣量增多,掉焦增大,炉渣中飞灰可燃物不正常升高的状况,从锅炉的设计、安装、检修以及运行维护方面等角度,分析了漏热的影响,提出了一些针对性的措施,以利于节能减排。

Abstract: After the 1000MW unit of Zouxian Power Plant of Huadian Power International Corporation Limited was put in operation, there were problems of incomplete combustion existed in normal operation of the burning system, which includes the black coking piece like carbon and particles of coal found in the slag. At the boiler overhaul, it is fund that there were dust deposit in the burner and the cannel of primary air was clogged by slag block etc. through follow surveillance, it is found that the slag increased, slag block fallen became big in the boiler No.7 after overhaul at may 2008, and the combustible dust in slag was increased abnormally. From angles of boiler design, installation, overhaul, operation and maintenance, the influence of heat leakage was analyzed, and some aimed measures were put forward. It is expected that the measures would be useful for energysaving and emission reducing.
