混流式水轮机转轮焊接残余应力测试与分析

摘要: 以西南某水电站混流式水轮机转轮的残余应力测试为基础,介绍了最新应用于水轮机转轮残余应力测试的压痕应变法及其特点;并依据测试数据,分析了转轮的残余应力分布状况。结合其他水电站的情况,探讨了转轮生产以及运行过程中出现裂纹的原因,得出了裂纹与焊接残余应力的关系,最后提出了解决问题的途径。

Abstract: Based on the residual stress tests of interflow type hydraulic turbine runner of some hydroelectric power stations in southwest China, this article introduced the indentation strain gage method and its characteristics of the newest application in hydraulic turbine runner residual stress tests, and according to the test data, the runner residual stress distributed condition was analyzed. Combine with the information of other hydroelectric power stations, the reasons of crack appeared have been discussed in the runner production process and operation, the relation between crack and welding residual stress has obtained. The way to solve the question has been put forward finally.
