滨海电站凝汽器管材的选择

摘要: 由于污染和铜沉积等问题,我国滨海电站海水冷却凝汽器现在极少采用铜合金管而普遍采用钛管。国外除采用钛管外,还大范围地将超级铁素体不锈钢管应用于海水冷却凝汽器中。论述了海水冷却凝汽器管材选择的依据,分析了管材选择应考虑的各种因素。

Abstract: For domestic condenser tubes using sea water for cooling, the titanium tubes are used widely, and the copper alloy tubes are used seldom due to water pollution and copper deposition. In foreign countries, not only the titanium tubes but also the super ferritic stainless steel tubes are widely used in the sea water cooled condenser. The accordance of tube material selection for sea water cooled condenser was discoursed, the various factors which must be considered in tube material selection were analyzed.
