摘要/Abstract

摘要： 华电国际邹县发电厂 #5锅炉A，B一次风机入口调节挡板全开时，时常出现A，B一次风机电流从提不起来到接近额定电流又到提不起电流的状况，造成一次风机出力受限，该问题将来会制约 #5锅炉增容。针对该锅炉一次风机系统设计、安装及运行维护方面存在的问题进行了分析，提出了改善一次风机出力不足的建议。

关键词: 一次风机, 出力受限, 状态诊断, 分析, 整改建议

Abstract: In the #5 boiler of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant, when the inlet adjustable baffles of primary air fans A/B were opened fully, the motor currents of the fans often can not raised to rated value, and the outputs of the primary fans were restricted, and the capacity extension of #5 boiler were restricted too. The problems existed in system design, installation, operation and maintenance of primary air fan of the boiler were analyzed, and some suggestions for improving the output of the primary air fan were put forward.
