大型机组低负荷单台辅机运行分析

摘要: 针对机组面临的长期低负荷运行、辅机效率低下、电耗率高的情况,山西漳山发电有限责任公司对机组进行了单台给水泵、单台引/送一次风机、2台炉水循环泵、2台磨煤机运行节能试验,采取了有效的节能措施,节能效果明显。

Abstract: The unit of Shanxi Zhangshan Power Generation Corporation Limited operated in low load condition in long term, and the efficiency of its auxiliary was lower and the house service consumption rate was higher. Aiming this situation, an energy conservation operation experiment was accomplished, in which single feed pump, single primary induced/forced draft fan, two boiler circulation pumps and two mills were put into operation. The effective energysaving measures were adopted, and obvious energysaving effect was obtained.
