摘要: 通过对鹤壁丰鹤发电有限责任公司电除尘器电控系统节能改造情况的介绍,说明了电除尘器控制系统节能原理、改造及施工方案,论述了电源控制器和浊度仪反馈在节能控制中的作用。通过与改造前系统运行情况对比,证明改造后能达到很好的技术指标,具有较高的节能效率,提高了运行管理的自动化水平。肯定了电除尘器电控系统节能改造的作用,对其在电厂的推广应用作了分析和展望。

Abstract: The energy saving reformation of electrostatic precipitator control system in Hebi Fenghe Power Generation Corporation Limited was introduced. The energy saving theory of electrostatic precipitator control system was explained; the reformation scheme and construction plan were described; the significances of the power controller and the turbidity meter feedback for energy saving control were expounded. By comparing with the operation condition before reformation, it was proved that after reformation the more excellent technical data were achieved, the energy saving efficiency was increased, and the automation level of operation and management was raised. The significance of the energy saving reformation of electrostatic precipitator control system was affirmed, and its application and dissemination in power plant were analyzed and forecasted.
