摘要: 为降低漏汽损失、提高汽轮机安全性和经济性,采用先进汽封技术对传统汽封进行改造是十分必要的。介绍了布莱登汽封在N600-16.67/538/538型汽轮机上的应用情况,对系统管路进行了优化。对热力试验前、后结果进行对比后发现,采用布莱登汽封能较大程度地降低汽轮机的热耗,提高汽轮机运行的经济性。

Abstract: In order to reduce steam leakage loss and increase unit safety and economic efficiency, it is necessary to reform the traditional gland seal using advanced steam sealing technology. The application of the Brandon steam seal on N60016.67/538/538 steam turbine was introduced. The system pipeline was optimized. By comparison of the thermodynamic test result before reformation with that after reformation, it was found that adopting the Brandon steam seal can reduce the heat rate of turbine considerably and enhance the operation economic efficiency of the turbine.
