摘要: 热电厂冬季蒸汽供暖的凝结水中含有大量的铁离子,凝结水不能重新回收利用,国内除铁过滤设备不能满足现场150 ℃的水温要求。华电国际十里泉发电厂采用高梯度磁过滤器去除凝结水中大量的铁离子,达到了锅炉的用水要求,节约水资源和能源的效果非常明显。

Abstract: There is a mass of ferric ion in condensed water of steam heat supply system of thermal power plant in winter; and this condensed water can not be reuse directly. The domestic deferrization filtering device can not suit the site water temperature of 150 ℃.In Huadian International Shiliquan Power Plant, the highgradient magnetic filter was used to remove the ferric ions in condensed water; and the water quality can satisfy the demand of boilerused water quality. The effects in water conservation and energy conservation of this deferrization technology are remarkable.
