摘要: 对华电内蒙古能源有限公司包头发电分公司 #1, #2机组凝汽器运行参数进行分析,发现低背压凝汽器存在端差大、传热恶化现象,提出了节能技术改造方案并实施。改造后低背压凝汽器真空提高0.4 kPa以上,创造了良好的经济效益,可为同类型机组的节能改造提供参考。

Abstract: The analysis on the operating parameters of unit No.1 and No.2 condensers in Huadian Inner Mongolia Energy Corporation Limited. Baotou Power Generation Branch Company found that the terminal differences of low back pressure condensers were larger, and the heat transfer deteriorated, the technical improvement scheme was proposed and implemented, after that the vacuum of low back pressure condenser increased to above 0.4 kPa, created good economic benefits, it can be as the reference for energysaving improving of the same type unit.
