摘要: 分析了某电厂交换树脂再生时酸碱耗指标偏高的原因,提出了在不增加投资的情况下,通过充分利用目前的设备和技术手段,调整再生工艺的措施,提高了树脂再生度和水质质量,延长了树脂的运行周期,降低了酸碱耗。

Abstract: The reasons of larger consumption of acid and alkali in exchange resin regeneration of a power plant were analyzed. By taking full advantages of existing equipment and technology without new investment, the regeneration process was improved; the resin regeneration degree and the water quality were raised; the operation period of the resin was lengthened; and the consumptions of acid and alkali were reduced.
