风机变频自动切工频的实现与节能分析

摘要: 介绍了华电潍坊发电有限公司三大风机变频改造的实施情况,通过动态试验,论述了变频自动切工频和自动调节的实现情况,从节能、保护电机等方面分析了采用变频控制的效果,三大风机变频改造的实施,大大降低了厂用电率,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract: The implementation situation of variable frequency reformation of the three main fans (IDF, FDF and PAF) of Huadian Weifang Power Generation Company Limited was introduced. Through the dynamic test, the realization of automatic switchover from variable frequency operation to power frequency operation and automatic adjustment were expounded. The effects of variable frequency control, such as energy conservation and motor protection, were analyzed. By the variable frequency reformation of the three main fans, the house service consumption rate was greatly reduced, and better economical benefit was obtained.
