摘要: 分析了影响烟气脱硫率的几个关键参数,介绍了脱硫添加剂的作用及原理。江苏华电扬州发电有限公司为提高脱硫效率、降低厂用电率进行了添加剂试验,加入脱硫添加剂后停1台循环浆液泵,脱硫效率平均可达90%以上,脱硫效率明显提高。给出了添加剂使用注意事项,供其他电厂进行添加剂试验时参考。

Abstract: Several key parameters influencing on flue gas desulphurization efficiency were analyzed. The functions and theory of the desulphurization additives were introduced. In the Jiangsu Huadian Yangzhou Power Generation Corporation Limited, in order to enhance the desulphurization efficiency and reduce the auxiliary power consumption rate, the additives experiment was carried out. After additives were added, one slurry circulating pump can be shut down, and the average desulphurization efficiency can achieve higher than 90%, which is increased obviously. Some matters needing attention in using of additives were given as reference for other power plants in their additives experiments.
