摘要: 针对某厂凝结水泵系统高耗能、低效率的状况,论述了凝结水泵进行变频改造的必要性,分析了凝结水泵改造前、后运行可靠性和经济性的改善程度。凝结水泵改造后,减少了电能消耗,降低了运行成本,节能效果明显。

Abstract: Aiming at the higher energy consumption and lower efficiency of the condensate pump system in a power plant, the necessity of variable frequency reformation for the condensate pump was expounded. The improvement of operation reliability and economical efficiency of the condensate pump after reformation comparing with that before reformation was analyzed. After reformation of condensate pump, the power consumption was decreased, the operation cost was reduced, and obvious energy conservation effect was obtained.
