摘要: 通过对泵站机组结构形式设计、潜水贯流泵装置模型试验、工厂制作及真机试验等方面的研究,结合潜水贯流泵的自身特点,在特低扬程的情况下,选用单泵设计流量为10m3/s、国内最大叶轮直径为2m的卧式潜水贯流泵装置,可获得77%以上的泵装置效率。

Abstract: Based on research of the design of the pump station structure, the model test of the diving tubular pump, its manufacturing in factory and true machine test, combining with the own features of diving tubular pump, under the situation of special low pumping head, the horizontal type diving tubular pump, the designed flow of which is 10m3/s and the impeller diameter of which is 2m, the domestic largest one, was selected; and the efficiency of the pump set of 77% can be obtained.
