摘要： 江苏华电扬州发电有限公司为加强脱硫运行管理，开展了脱硫指标竞赛，分解了脱硫指标并进行了详细说明，介绍了脱硫指标竞赛办法的制订与实施,总结了开展脱硫指标竞赛的经验与不足。

关键词: 脱硫, 指标竞赛, 经济, 水平

Abstract: In Jiangsu Huadian Yangzhou Power Generation Company Limited, in order to strengthen the desulphurization operation management, the desulphurization index competition was carried out. The desulphurization indexes were disassembled and explained in detail. The formulation and implementation of the procedure of desulphurization index competition were introduced. The experiences and shortcomings in development of desulphurization index competition were summarized.
