结合实例对600MW燃煤锅炉热一次风门卡涩原因进行了分析,提出了热一次风门卡涩解决方法。对风门采取一系列的治理措施,取得了良好效果,满足了热一次风门长时间

高频次开度调节的要求,提高了设备运行的安全、可靠性。

Abstract:

The reasons of the jam fault of the hot primary air valve in the 600MW coalfired boiler were analyzed combining with practical example. The

method to solve the jam fault of the hot primary air valve was put forward. A series of treatment measures was adopted for the air valve, and good effect

was obtained. The requirement of opening adjustment of the hot primary air valve in higher frequency and in long time was satisfied,and the safety and

reliability of the equipment operation were improved.
