摘要: 氢气作为发电机的换热介质,其纯度控制极为重要。影响发电机氢气纯度的因素很多,密封油与氢气纯度的控制关联最大。分析了密封油的流量、温度、真空度、氢气露点等指标,论述了密封油与氢气纯度的关系,结合国电浙江北仑第一发电有限公司三期 #6, #7机组运行情况,提出了切实可行的控制措施。

Abstract: When the hydrogen is used as the cooling medium of the generator, the control of the hydrogen purity is very important. There are many factors influencing on the generator hydrogen purity, and the sealing oil has largest relevancy with hydrogen purity control. Some indexes, such as the flow and temperature of the sealing oil, the vacuum degree and the dewpoint temperature of hydrogen, were analyzed; the relation between sealing oil and hydrogen purity was expounded. Combining with practical operation of units No.6 and No.7 of Guodian Zhejiang Beilun No.1 Power Generation Company Limited phase III project, some practical and feasible control measures were proposed.
