摘要:

给出了锅炉侧节能优化运行的基本原则,以配备双进双出钢球磨直吹式制粉系统锅炉为例,对锅炉在70%额定负荷下的节能优化运行技术进行了试验研究。结果表明,锅炉在

常用负荷下应及时停运磨煤机,同时应注意磨煤机的组合运行方式对机组能耗的影响。

Abstract:

The fundamental principle of optimization operation of boiler for energy conservation was given. Taking the boiler fed by doubleended ball mill

directfiring system as example, the optimization operation technology of the boiler under 70% rated load for energy conservation was studied and tested.

The result shows that when the boiler is under rated load, it is necessary to stop one of the three mills and to pay attention to the influence of the

combining operation mode of the operating mills on the energy consumption of the unit.
