摘要:

随着目前国内燃煤供应的日趋紧张,许多电厂实际运行煤质与原设计煤质存在较大偏差,导致烟气脱硫系统入口SO2质量浓度大幅度提高,必须对现有脱硫装置进行增容改

造。结合贵州某电厂脱硫增容改造工程,详细论述了改造增容方案,总结了设计经验,可为今后脱硫增容改造工程提供参考。

关键词: 湿法脱硫, 烟气, 增容改造, 优化设计

Abstract:

Along with gradually shortage of domestic coal supply, the quality of actuallyfired coal is greatly deviated from designed coal quality in many

power plants; and this causes the mass concentration of SO2 in inlet of FGD system to increase in large amplitude. So ,the existing FGD equipment must be

reformed to increase its capacity. Combining with the capacity expansion reformation project of FGD system of a power plant in Guizhou, the capacity

expansion reformation scheme was expounded in detail. The design experience was summarized, which provides reference for FGD capacity expansion reformation

projects in future.
