摘要: 超(超)临界机组运行中存在水汽清洁度较差、结垢速率较高、锅炉压差上升较快等问题。分析了影响机组腐蚀、结垢的因素,针对性地对化学水工况进行优化,将机组给水处理方式由加氨、联氨的还原性全挥发处理方式转变为只加氨的氧化性全挥发处理方式,能在一定程度上消除其不利影响,有助于提高机组的安全、经济运行水平。

Abstract: There are some problems existing in operation of ultra supercritical unit, which include that the cleanness of watersteam is poor, the scaling speed is higher, the pressure difference of the boiler increases faster and others. The factors influencing on corrosion and scaling of the unit were analyzed. The operation condition of chemical water system was optimized with certain aim. The unit feed water treatment mode had been changed from the reducing fullvolatile treatment mode with adding ammonia and hydrazine to the oxidizing fullvolatile treatment mode with adding only ammonia, which can eliminate some negative influences partly and is helpful for safe and economical operation of the unit.
