摘要:

介绍了一种基于上下往复式健身设备的分布式发电系统,该系统能够将双向输入转化为单向输出,不论选定的定滑轮替代品做正方向或反方向转动,都能够通过棘轮机构实现转向一致的终端输出,通过齿轮组的提速使终端输出高转速,进而带动发电机发电,符合节能减排的要求。试验表明,其平均发电功率为200W,最小重物质量为31.56kg,每台设备1.68年可以收回成本,具有非常广阔的应用价值。

Abstract:

A distributed power generation system driven by the fitness equipment with up and down reciprocating mechanism was introduced. The system can translate the bidirectional input into single directional output. Whether the substitution of the selected fixed pulley is rotating in forward direction or in backward direction, using the ratchet mechanism, the rotations can all be translated into single direction rotation; and by the gear set, the rotation speed can be raised to high enough to drive the generator to generate electricity. The power generation system can satisfy the requirement of energy conservation and emission reduction. The experiment shows that the average power of the generating system is 200W, and the minimum mass of the weight is 31.56kg. The cost of every device can be recovered for 1.68 years. The power generation system presented in this paper has high utility value.
