引风机变频改造热控逻辑优化

摘要: 以贵州大方发电有限公司#1,#3机组引风机变频改造为实例,介绍了引风机变频改造热控控制逻辑优化概况,在变频故障切换工频过程中,设计了1套自动旁路控制逻辑,热态试验和运行过程证明,该控制逻辑可在状态切换情况下达到良好的炉压控制效果。

Abstract: Taking the variable frequency reformation of induced draft fans of units No.1 and No.3 in Guizhou Dafang Power Generation Company Limited as examples, the optimization of the thermal control logic for variable frequency reformation of induced draft fan was introduced. For the switchover onto 50Hz power supply from converter fault, a set of automatic bypass control logic was designed. The hot state test and the operation effect show that the designed control logic can control the furnace pressure well during state switchover process.
