摘要: 针对华电潍坊发电有限公司670MW机组闭式水泵设计选型不当的问题进行了分析,对设计参数进行了调整,对叶轮整体流道进行了优化,采用特殊切削方法对叶轮进行了处理,使水泵的安全裕量趋于合理,提高了机组运行的经济性。

Abstract: The problems, which are caused by improper design and selection of the closedcycle cooling water pump of the 670MW unit in Huadian Weifang Power Generation Company Limited, were analyzed. The design parameters of the pump were modified. The entire flow pass of the impeller was optimized. The impeller was reformed by special cutting method. So the safety margin of the pump became more reasonable, and the economical efficiency of the unit operation was improved.
