摘要: 摘要:介绍了电动提升模平台结构的组成,利用ALGOR软件对某一类型的提升模平台结构进行有限元分析。分析结果显示:提升模平台整体结构的复合应力发生在中心拱圈处,而中心拱圈的受力与拱圈上平面的支撑梁、拱圈腹杆的布置方式和型钢的摆放位置紧密相关,依据分析结果对结构进行了加强和改进。

Abstract: Abstract:The composition of the electriclifting formwork platform structure was introduced. Using the ALGOR software, the finite element analysis on the structure of a type of electriclifting formwork platform was down. The analysis results show that the combined stress of integral structure of the electriclifting formwork platform occurs in the central arch ring, and the stress of the arch ring is closely related to the layout mode of the supporting beam of the arch above plane and the web member of the arch and the locating place of the shape steel. According to the analysis results, the platform structure was strengthened and improved.
