摘要: 摘要:针对华电潍坊发电有限公司670MW超临界机组在自动发电量控制正常模式运行中出现的机组负荷波动幅度大、导致机组参数不稳定、被迫频繁退出该模式的问题,分析了出现问题的原因,采取控制合适的中间点温度、调整负荷变化初期和最后阶段的煤量等针对性措施,提高了大型机组在该模式下的运行可靠性和经济性。

Abstract: Abstract:When the 670MW supercritical unit of Huadian Weifang Power Generation Company Limited operated under AGC(R) pattern, the larger fluctuation of the unit load leaded the unit parameters to be unstable, and the unit had to exit from AGC(R) pattern frequently. Aiming at this problem, the possible reasons were analyzed, and some targeted measures, such as to control intermediate point temperature, to adjust the coal quantity in ignition stage and last stage of load variation and so on, were adopted. So the operational reliability and economic efficiency of large unit under AGC(R) pattern were improved.
