摘要:湖南华电长沙发电有限公司2×600MW超临界发电机组均采用发电机变压器组单元接线,其发电机变压器组出口直接送至500kV沙坪变电站,由于500kV电网缺乏电源支撑,网架不够坚强,220kV500kV系统多处电磁环网,不能开环运行,造成机组发电功率常年受限。随着煤价的下降,火电边际贡献提高,发电企业发电量竞争更加激烈,为超额完成中国华电集团公司的年度计划电量,提出了机组通过主变压器互联上网的运行方式。为实现该运行方式,对一次系统、监控系统以及失磁联跳、顺控并网等相关回路进行了改造,有效提高了机组利用率。

Abstract:

Abstract:Both Hunan Huadian Changsha Power Plant Company Limiteds two units of 600 MW supercritical generators adopted generatortransformer unit connection mode.Generator transformer unit No.2 directly connects to 500 kV Shaping Substation.Due to lack of power source,
the grid is not stiff enough and existed many electromagnetic loops cannot open and operate.Hence,generating rate of unit No.2 was limited. With the fall of coal price,thermal power profit margin was increased.The competition of generation capacity between power companies became more and more serious.To outperform planned annual generation capacity, the measure of unit No.2 interconnect to the grid through the main transformer of unit No.1 was raised.To implement this,primary electrical system,surveillance system and unbuild interlock,sequential control synchronization and other related circuits were reconstructed.Unit utilization rate was increased.
