摘要:准东煤具有易沾污、易结焦特性,严重威胁锅炉的安全、稳定运行。对锅炉设计尺寸、二次风口布置方式、燃烧器形式以及热力参数等方面进行防结焦特性分析,提出了燃用准东煤锅炉的设计优化建议,为今后燃用准东煤锅炉的选型、改造提供参考。

Abstract:

Abstract:The Eastern Junggar coal is of features of easy contamination and slagging, and this threatens safe and stable operation of the boiler seriously. Considering the boiler design size, the secondary air inlet arrangrment, the burner form, the thermal parameters and so on, the slagging prevention features of the boiler were analyzed. The suggestions of design optimization for Easten Junggar coalfired boiler were proposed, which can be used as reference in type selection and refomation of Easten Junggar coalfired boiler.
