摘 要:结合某电厂高压给水管道的振动问题,从机械系统的振动方程入手,综合宏观检查、振动测试、仿真分析等研究手段,应用刚性限位、液压阻尼器、黏滞液阻尼器等减振装置,建立了一套理论严谨、现实可操作性强、实用效果明显的管道控制研究方法,为火电厂管道振动治理问题提供了可供参考的经验。

Abstract:Based on the incident of a power plant’s high pressure water supply pipe vibration, by study vibration formula, combined with macroscopic observe, vibration test, simulation analysis and other methods, utilizing rigid limit, hydraulic damper and viscous fluid damper, a pipe vibration control method was established. Which could be referred for thermal power plant pipe vibration treatment.
