摘要:

依托中国华电集团公司福建分公司棉花滩水电站4台调速器的更新改造,围绕水电机组一次调频功能对电网稳定和安全的重要作用,提出了兼顾快速性和稳定性的水轮机调速器一次调频新的调节模式及协调控制策略,在建立基于神经网络的水轮发电机组非线性模型的基础上,研制满足国际标准的变参数功率调节与变参数功率前馈控制相结合的复合控制模式的新型调速器,并取得成功,解决了棉花滩水电站目前调速器关键部件主要依赖进口产品问题。

Abstract:

Based on the reconstruction of four units of China Huadian Corporation Fujian Branch’s Mianhuatan hydro power plant governors, a method of rapid and stable adjust mode and coordination control strategy was introduced. Based on waterturbine generator nonlinear model, a new type governor combined variable parameter power adjustment and variable parameter power feedforward control was introduced and proved by application. This study solved the problem that existing governor key component mostly relying on import.
