摘要:

介绍了一种针对电厂烟囱冒白烟和石膏雨问题而设计的新型氟塑料零泄漏水媒式烟气再热(MGGH)系统,详述了氟塑料换热器特点、系统工艺组成、系统工作原理、系统设计参数及系统运行性能等几方面内容。通过对投运后氟塑料MGGH系统的换热效果、烟风系统运行阻力、低负荷工况辅助蒸汽耗量、系统漏风率等4方面进行性能测定和分析。结果表明,氟塑料MGGH系统运行状况良好,各项指标均达到或优于设计性能值,整个系统运行安全性和可靠性强,有效解决了烟囱冒白烟和石膏雨的问题。

Abstract:

This paper introduced a new type fluoroplastics zeroleakage gas gas heater (MGGH) to solve the problem of white smoke and gypsum rain. The feature of fluoroplastics heat exchanger, process component, working principle, design parameter, operation performance was detailed introduced. After put into operation, heat exchange performance, air and flue gas system resistance, low load auxiliary steam consumption and system air leakage achieved or precede design expectation. This system is safe and reliable, and solved the problem of white smoke and gypsum rain.
