摘要:

工业生产过程最常用的终端控制元件是调节阀,调节阀接收控制器输出信号,调节流体流动,保证压力、温度、液位、流量等过程变量满足工艺要求。选择一台既满足工艺要求又符合本质安全的阀门非常重要,从压差、结构形式、流量特性、口径、泄漏量、安全性能等方面介绍了调节阀的设计选型。

Abstract:

Control valve is a very common terminal control component in industrial production. Control valve received output signal from controller and control fluid flow to maintain pressure, temperature, level, flow rate and other process variates. To choose a proper valve is critical. The selection of control valve was introduced from pressure differential, structure, flow rate characteristics, aperture, leakage, safety and other aspects.
