摘要:

太阳能热发电以环保、无污染物排放的可再生能源形式发电上网,具有电力输出可调节的优点,但其成本目前均高于风电和太阳能光伏发电。将太阳能热发电分为聚光、吸热、换热和储热、常规发电4部分,分别对其最低成本进行定量分析,发现镜场材料价格、太阳能热发电系统效率、土建对发电稳定性的要求对电站单位造价具有规律性的影响,通过提高太阳能热发电系统效率、根据当地气候条件控制土建费用、控制镜场用材及材料价格,能够较好地降低整个系统投资,同时结合控制场地使用费用和降低融资费用,能够使目前的电价水平进一步降低。

Abstract:

Solar thermal power generation generates electricity in an environmental, pollutionfree and renewable way. It is of adjustable power output, but is of a higher cost than wind power and solar photovoltaic power at present. Solar thermal power generation can be divided into solar concentrating, heat absorbing, changing heat and heat storage. Quantitative analysis on the minimum cost of the 4 procedures are carried out separately. It is found that the material price of solar field, efficiency of solar thermal power system and construction exert regular impacts on the stability of the power  generation and so does the unit cost of power station. By improving the efficiency of solar thermal power generation system, controlling the construction fee according to local climate conditions, controlling the financing costs, material and the material price for solar field, the investment for the whole system can be reduced.
