摘要:

冷热电三联供是一项公认的节能工艺技术,能使能源梯级综合利用效率达到80%左右。基于提高能源利用效率的原则,生物质沼气发电项目也应该尽可能采用该工艺。以某大型养猪场粪污综合治理为例,介绍了冷热电三联产技术在沼气工程中的应用,对系统进行了简要能量衡算,对发电、制冷进行了定量分析。结果表明,沼气发电系统不仅生产电力,还可以利用烟气及缸套水这些低品位热量生产工艺热水及冷水(7~10℃),提高了能源的综合利用效率,为工程实践提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

Cogeneration is an acknowledged energysaving technology, and its comprehensive efficiency of energy cascade utilization is about 80%. Based on the principle of improving energy utilization efficiency, this method should be adopted by biomass biogas power generation projects.Taking the biogas produced from waste comprehensive treatment in a large scale pig farm as a reference, it introduces the cogeneration technology in biogas engineering. Based on the simple balance of energy in the system, quantitative analysis is made on power generation and cooling. The results show that the biogas power generation systems can not only generate electricity, but also produce hot and cold water (7~10℃) by using the lowgrade heat in flue gas and cylinder liner water, which improves the comprehensive efficiency of energy utilization and provides theoretical basis for engineering practice.
