摘要: 膜蒸馏作为一项新兴技术,具有耐腐蚀、耐氧化和运行成本低等特点,可用于燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排处理
工艺。并且近期板式多效膜蒸馏工艺已经在废酸资源化、含铬含盐废水零排等领域成功实现工业化应用。通过对
膜蒸馏工艺的介绍分析,提出3类膜蒸馏在脱硫废水零排方案中合理化应用的工艺路线。以8 t/h某燃煤电厂脱硫
废水处理为例,对7种脱硫废水零排工艺组合进行了技术经济分析,结果表明膜蒸馏工艺完全可适用于燃煤电厂脱
硫废水的零排工艺路线,膜蒸馏参与的零排工艺可以在设备投资和运行成本上为电厂节省可观的资金。

Abstract: Membrane distillation(MD),an emerging cut-edge technology,has advantages of anti-corrosion,anti-oxidation,low
operation cost and so on.It can be applied in desulfurization waste water zero liquid discharge(ZLD)process of coal-fired power
plants.Furthermore the plate-type multiple-effect MD process has been applied in waste acid recycling,ZLD of desulfurization
waste water containing chromium and high dissolved salt,and other industrial areas.Reasonable technical routes of three types of
membrane distillation applied in desulfurization waste water ZLD treatment were proposed after analyzing. Taking the 8 t/h
desulfurization waste water treatment process for a coal-fired power plant as an example,techno-economic analysis was made on
seven desulfurization wastewater treatment processes. The analysis results indicate that MD technology is suitable for
desulfurization waste water ZLD process,and can save investment and operation cost in equipment for coal-fired power plants.
