基于人工智能的火电厂智慧水务系统设计及应用

摘要: 火电厂取用排水系统繁多,各系统运行管理要求不一,导致水务管理难度大。近年来,人工智能技术快速发展并在水处理领域开展了多种场景的应用。将人工智能技术和大数据技构建合并应用于火电厂水务系统运行优化是实现水务系统节水减排的重要途径。本文依托某2*1000MW火电机组开发了动态图像的识别及测量方法并将其与人工智能技术结合,开发了动态图像识别技术、智能加药技术并用于原水预处理系统、凝结水精处理系统和循环水系统的运行优化,并开发了全厂动态水平衡系统,构建形成了智慧水务系统,实现了水务系统的运行参数优化、精准加药、节水减排。开发的智慧水务系统相关技术的应用可减少药剂使用量6%以上,减少废水量超过40万吨/年,节水降耗效益超过313万元/年。

Abstract: Applying artificial intelligence to the operation optimization of the water system in thermal power plants is an important way to achieve water conservation and emission reduction. Based on a certain 2*1000MW thermal power unit, this paper has developed image recognition technology and intelligent dosing technology based on artificial intelligence for the operation optimization of the raw water pretreatment system, condensate water fine treatment system and circulating water system. Moreover, a dynamic water balance system has been developed, and a smart water management system has been constructed, which could optimize the operation parameters of the water system, precise dosing. The application of the developed technologies can reduce the use of chemicals by more than 6%, cut wastewater by over 400,000 tons per year, and bring benefits of over 3.13 million yuan per year.
