摘要: 汽轮机叶顶汽封间隙变化影响叶顶漏汽量,降低机组的经济性。以华电内蒙古卓资发电有限公司200MW中间再热凝汽式汽轮机结构数据为基础,通过热力过程特性计算,确定漏气量对机组热经济性的影响程度,为机组改造决策提供依据。

Abstract: The variation of turbine blade tip seal clearance will influence on the tip steam leakage and reduce the unit economical efficiency. Based on structure data of a 200MW reheating condensing steam turbine of Inner Mongolia Huadian Zhuozi Power Generation Corporation Limited, by calculation of characteristics of thermodynamic process, the influence of the amount of steam leakage on unit thermal economical performance was determined, which can be used as basis for unit reformation decision.
