The Reason Analysis of Boiler Clinkering and Countermeasures

Abstract

Abstract: Aiming at the serious clinkering problem of #11 boiler in Dafang Generation Co., Ltd., the concrete reasons of boiler clinkering were analyzed systematically combining with the features of the boiler equipments, system and operation. Based on a large number of experiments, analyzing and summarizing, a series of feasible measures for solving the problem of boiler clinkering were proposed, and after adopting those measures in practice the problem of boiler clinkering has been controlled basically.
